REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
Registration / allocation of space
Your registration is binding and will be booked in the order we receive it. We will send you your registration confirmation promptly. If the workshop is already fully booked, we will contact you immediately. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the workshop will not take place, we will also inform you promptly here.
Participation fee
The participation fee is due without deductions upon receipt of the registration confirmation.
resignation
If it has not been announced otherwise, cancellation is possible up to 5 working days (Saturday does not count as a working day) before the start of the event with a processing fee of EUR 15.00 in writing by email. A later withdrawal will be charged with the full amount. A no-show corresponds to a withdrawal, the participation fee is not refundable.
Reservation / cancellation / postponements
We reserve the right to cancel the workshop due to an insufficient number of participants or for other reasons for which we are not responsible (e.g. sudden illness of the speaker, force majeure). In the event of a cancellation, we will notify the participants immediately. Any payment already made will be refunded. Further claims cannot be derived from this.
Subject to change
We are entitled to make necessary changes in content, methodology and organization before and during the workshop, provided that these do not significantly change the benefits of the announced workshop for the participant. We are entitled to replace the designated speakers if necessary (e.g. illness, accident, etc.) by other equally qualified people. The documents made available as part of the training are created to the best of our knowledge and level of knowledge.
Right of withdrawal
You can revoke your contractual declaration in writing (e.g. letter, email) within two weeks without giving any reason. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before the contract is concluded. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send the cancellation in good time.

Special note
In the case of a service, your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have started to perform the service with your express consent before the end of the withdrawal period or if you have arranged this yourself.
liability
Each participant declares that he / she is able to take part in the event independently and that he / she bears full responsibility for himself and his / her own actions in the workshop / seminar.
Each participant is responsible for what he does, receives, gives and experiences during the course. No liability is assumed for objects and clothing brought by participants. Entering the event location is at your own risk. Liability of the organizer or coach / trainer for whatever legal reason is excluded.
Photo film / audio recordings
Photo / film / audio recordings are expressly not permitted at any time. The use of mobile phones, tablet PCs, etc. are not permitted during the workshop / seminar. Please turn these devices off before each event.
