Carmen Trumpfheller has been a naturopath in psychotherapy since 2002. Her private practice in Darmstadt was established in 2004.
She is a qualified specialist in treating anxiety disorders and supports people in their personal and spiritual development, gives lectures and workshops.

15 years of experience as a management consultant and trainer in an international business environment and further over 15 years of experience in humanistic psychotherapy have made Carmen Trumpfheller an extraordinarily flexible, precise and compassionate companion in times of crisis and development.

With competence, humor, devotion and modern methods she helps other people every day by leading a deeply liberating inner mental and emotional peace process. Thereby body, mind and soul find their way into balance and harmony.

In her point of view psycho-logic, body intelligence and spirituality as reliable resources cannot be separated. The goal of working with private individuals is nothing less than to re-discover their very own authenticity.

It is her vision to develop methods that enable people to reliably free themselves from limiting imprints and respectivly discover their true self.
At the same time, she is pursuing her path as a consciousness researcher with a faible for cardiac and brain sciences continuously exploring the field of non-duality.

When she first discovered tapping acupressure in 2011, she found the EFT® method to be silly at first glance and could not imagine ever using this technique on herself or on her clients.
After a personal, initial experience with EFT®, she was extremly impressed of the versitale applications, range and depth of this method and describes herself as the "biggest fan" of neuroactive tapping ever since.

In addition to further training in NLP, hypnosis, EMDR, and many more, within 3 years she successfully completed the trainings as an EFT® coach in 2014 and advanced the EFT® therapist trainings, certified by the former association EFT® DACH. eV (today: Association for Accupressure Point Tapping eV).

In her self-study she then continued to deepen her knowledge through the work of American and British colleagues, especially the work of Dr. Patricia Carrington, Dr. Carol Look and Dr. Dawson Church.

Under the premise to further simplify neuroactive tapping as a method and at the same time make it even more effective, she develops her own approaches and techniques which are proofed successfully for many years in her Private Practice for Integrative Psychotherapy .

The GAMMA-TAP® method helps releasing limmiting beliefs. The method is very simple but should not be underestimated since limmiting beliefs are mostly part of our indentity.

She founded the first German Institute for Neuroactive Tapping (IFNK) in 2018.
The institute is dedicated to research and development of the neuroactive tapping method and would like to give like-minded and interested people space to exchange ideas and use synergy effects.

Through her knowledge and experience, she today feels very close to her inner call. With dedication and joy she accompanies people through times of crisis on their path remembering their true selves.
